Queenstown Grandview is a large multi-level home offering guests fantastic features for an unforgettable holiday.
Relax in front of the cosy gas fireplace or for the ultimate après ski, soothe the muscles in the outdoor rooftop spa pool*, which has the most spectacular mountain and lake views. Soak up the great outdoors rain or shine on the glass covered patio with a hooded BBQ, lounge and outdoor heater.
The elevated hillside location presents an uninterrupted panorama of the many mountain peaks and gorgeous Lake Wakatipu. Queenstown Hill is a peaceful and prestigious area of Queenstown, and conveniently the home is just a five minute drive to town.
Practicalities and comforts include underfloor heating, a heat pump / air conditioning unit, wall heaters in the bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with double oven, coffee machine, unlimited free WiFi, secure parking in a double garage with internal access and ski rack storage.
The home is also very family-friendly with lots of handy extras for your stay including a high chair, portacot, toddler toilet seat and baby bath.
* If you wish to use the spa pool, a NZ$150 fee applies, which is to have it professionally valeted and ready for your arrival.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: There are five bedrooms, all with premium linen and electric wall heaters. On the main living level are Bedrooms 1 and 2 and a family bathroom. On the upper level are Bedrooms 3, 4 and the Master, along with a family bathroom and master ensuite. The master bedroom has beautiful lake views, a walk through wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with shower. The master also has an amazing balcony with a rooftop spa pool for the ultimate après ski. The family bathroom on the main living level has a shower and the upstairs family bathroom has a jetted bath tub and separate shower.
Configuration: Bedroom 1 has a king split bed and french doors opening up to a patio with outdoor seating. Bedroom 2 has a single bed with trundler. Bedroom 3 has a king split bed and picturesque lake views. Bedroom 4 has a king split bed. Bedroom 5 (the master) has a king split bed and a king single with trundler. The flexible bedding configurations are excellent for different group dynamics as the king split beds can be made as kings or singles. Please advise your preference when booking.

When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- Queenstown Grandview is for a maximum of 11 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- If you wish to use the spa pool, a one-off NZ$150 fee applies.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Queenstown Grandview is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
