Found on its own peninsula on the Kaipara Harbour at the end of a dead end street is this 3bedroom home, plus sleepout on 10 acres of waterfront land. Swimming is available on your own private beach 2 hours either side of high tide, or BYO small boat and launch off the property for your own fishing expedition for snapper, kawhai, kingfish or flounder, or lounge in one of the many areas available on the 200msq of deck that wraps the house. With 360 degree views from this property you will not be disappointed. Kids love it at low tide where they can safely explore the coastline for crabs, scampi, and other water wild life. You can even order your holiday groceries to the door via Countdown online! The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with super king beds (sorry can't be seperated), plus a main bathroom, the 3rd bedroom has super king bed, plus single bed, plus an ensuite. The insulated sleepout situated next to the house contains 2 x bunkbeds. This place is fantastic for family groups and groups of friends. No parties or events though sorry, but with up to 11 people staying that's enough for your own party! We may consider additional tents / caravans on a case by case basis, extra charges would apply. Note: Septic system is a worm farm so no harmful chemicals down the drains please! Also added will be a compulsory cleaning charge for each stay of $150 Note this is 1 of 2 places to stay on the property. The 2nd bach is approx 500m further up the driveway.
