This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the quiet suburb of Quail Rise not far from Queenstown Central Shopping Centre. No matter the season from our warm summers to winters white with snow you can enjoy beautiful walks along the river, mountain bike trails, ski fields, day trips to Arrowtown or Lake Wanaka and starry night skies or you may just wish to sit back and enjoy the view of the Remarkable Mountains with a local Central Otago wine. The large backyard is the perfect place for families, couples, friends and large groups. There are two separate outdoor areas including a BBQ and wall hung herb garden. The lush lawns are perfect for the kids to run around on in the long Otago summers. The open plan living area of the house boasts a sunny lounge and dining table which allows you to sit and relax while taking in the views of the Remarkable Mountains. The house has a lovely fully equipped modern kitchen. The wood fire is yelling at you to grab a good book and a drink (wine or coffee depending on the time of day) and making yourself comfortable on the couch - you may never want to leave. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to prepare some fantastic local foods for your family or group. Can't you just imagine the smells you could come home to after a days skiing or exploring if you put the slow cooker on before you headed out for the day. We also have a rice cooker, air fryer and sandwich press to give you a variety of cooking options. There is a cosy TV room featuring a flat screen smart TV which has Free 2 Air and is Netflix capable.
