About this Holiday House

Plenty of off-street parking, fast WiFi, a matter of seconds to the port and cycle trails, walk or bike to town, restaurants (port side recommended) and the supermarket. New build (2018) well insulated with double glazing, easy to feel relaxed, whether your planning timeout, coming off the Heaphy Track or have working away from home requirements. Westport is a beaut spot to base yourself to explore the West Coast of the South Island. Sleeps 6 but a single camp stretcher is available if required with linen provided = 7.

The Pulse Energy Centre is a 5-minute walk away with a gym, pool and a load of classes, Kawatiri Yoga is in easy walking distance Easy access to the Kawatiri Bike Trail and Estuary Broadwalk that leads to North Beach and Shingles (10mins by foot) Bring bikes, fishing rods and a surfboard, better still get a surfing lesson with Tauranga Bay Surf, Mark is a great guy. A little further a feild in Murchison experience fly-fishing with an instructor at Owen River Lodge or try River Rafter with the Ultimate Desecents for a day trip out of town Reefton (an hour away) has some brilliant antique and trinket shops

The House was clean and well presented but I was very disappointed in the uncomfortable furniture, Given that the house sleeps 6 there is not enough seating and what is there is hard, low to the ground and not up to the standard I would have expected for the price charged, the Queen bed in bed 2 was so hard it was unusable, The dishwasher was out of service and there was no dishwashing liquid. It wouldn't take much to make this a stunner of a holiday home, sadly it's not there yet.
