Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. STRICTLY no parties, events, or loud groups allowed. This home is close to the neighbours in a quiet residential area. Neighbours must be respected at all times. Pet friendly - by request only. There is a pet bond required for this. Off street parking for up to 5 vehicles. The bedding configuration is - Upstairs: 1x Super-King, 1x Super-King, 1x Queen. Downstairs – 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 2 x Singles, 2x bunks both with a Single over a Double, plus 1 x queen sofa-bed (this is best suited to children or one adult only).
