Relax and rewind at our comfortable holiday house directly at beautiful Patons Rock beach. Enjoy the panoramic view from the deck, lounge and dining area stretching from Farewell Spit to Separation Point. Patons Rock is a small settlement only a 10 min drive from Takaka and central to the attractions of Golden Bay. Relax at the beach, it’s safe for swimming or take a long walk. Explore the rock pools at low tide or try fishing off the rocks. There is an outside shower so you can have a rinse off straight from the beach. You are welcome to use the two kayaks & life jackets. The open plan living area and deck allows for entertaining or just relax and listen to the sound of the waves. Good quality outdoor furniture and BBQ is provided. A spacious well equipped kitchen, there is tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil. Depending on the season, you can pick lemons and grapefruit straight from our trees. There are two good sized bedrooms, one queen with ensuite and sea views, one queen with a second bathroom/laundry area with a separate toilet. All bedding including sheets, pillow cases, duvets, blankets, mattress protectors, pillows, towels and tea towels is provided. Free unlimited Wifi. The house is equipped with 3 heat pumps/air conditioning. A spacious living room complete with a Smart TV, a comfortable couch and 2 recliner armchairs. Relax and enjoy the view, read a book, play a game and perhaps do a puzzle. The holiday houses shares the section with the cottage which can be booked separately.
