About this Holiday House

Nestled in the bush, just 350 meters from Beautiful Palm Beach, a 2 bedroom welcoming house, with surrounding decks looking out on a native bush section. Local store with great coffee and ice creams, fish and chip takeaway, and beach all approx 350m down the road. Suitable for children 5 years or older. Off street parking available.

Special Amenities

On an excellent Bus Route from Ferry at Matiatia, and to local shops and wine tasting. Private and quiet in a tranquil native bush setting. The Tui, kingfishers and Kereru love to visit and rest in the Pohutukawa and Nikau palms. Palm Beach is one of the best beaches on the Island. Kayak available for use. Wonderful walks, gallery and supplies at the local store nearby.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Fishing, snorkelling, kayaking, swimming and rock pools abound at Palm Beach. There are good walks around the area as Palm Beach is on the Coastal walkway. if you are interested in local art, the "Red Shed" is a local community art gallery, well worth taking a look at. General supplies, and a selection of NZ Ice cream can all be purchased from the local store.

We had a fantastic time Amongst The Trees this Summer, a wonderful shady haven after lazy days on beautiful Palm Beach. The bach was very spacious with all the mod cons, great outdoor spaces for a quiet read and we made good use of the bbq and sea kayak. Clean and tidy on arrival, the bach was inviting with some lovely touches from our hosts. We hope to return one day soon. L & T Fisher Auckland
