Perfectly sited on a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5-10 minute drive to everything Mangawhai has to offer, this modern property boast fantastic indoor and outdoor living. The house is tastefully decorated and well-appointed but the jewel of this property is the tropical garden with unique outdoor entertaining spaces. The gardens give a sense of being on your own little tropical island and provide a tranquil oasis to relax in after a day at the beach or out on the water.
At the front of the property the open plan living flows out onto a deck with a relaxing outlook to the Brynderwyn hills. At the rear, bifold windows and a single door off the kitchen open to another deck and barbecue area. This rear area also boasts an outdoor fire, water wall, sunken lounge and reflection deck and there is an outdoor hot shower.
Perfect for two families with space to spread out and do your own thing and the section is fully fenced so you can relax in the security that any little ones can’t wander. There is off-street parking for two cars and additional cars can park on the road directly outside the property.
