Walk inside to the equally impressive space that starts with a guest bedroom and separate bathroom to the right-hand side. Moving on to the large master bedroom, enjoy sophistication with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and private access to the large patio and private reserve overlooking the golf course. Move upstairs and feel the true sense of golf course living with floor to ceiling windows complete with designer details throughout. Through to the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge, you will also find a private workstation ideal for travelling professionals. Should you make it past the enticingly comfortable lounge and TV area, the dining and kitchen provides further enjoyable additions, such as built-in pantry with designer appliances, and a separate outdoor spot to kick-back. Adjacent to the kitchen there is additional third bedroom and guest toilet. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays.
