About this Holiday House

2 level holiday house, on a large section, good boat parking.Downstairs one double and a single bed in own bed room Upstairs open plan kitchen lounge, separate toilet, covered deck space. One double and one single bedroom, 1 bed The house is in a quiet part of town 5 minutes walk from town.It is adjacent to another of our rentals so could cope with a big group. Well appointed kitchen, flat screen tv, selection of DVD's & books. Close to local swimming pool and tennis courts, 5 mins to town center. Great Golf course just 10minutes away.

Large front lawn, (included) wi-fi available, back section used by owner to store boats. Sufficient supplys to start your stay. Short walk to tennis courts and local swimming pool. Great location for starting your adventure in Fiordland National Park and Milford Sound and its walking trails , wilderness fishing and boating on the nearby LakeTe Anau, Lake Manapouri, Mavoara Lakes. A small single bedroom flat is nearby if extra beds required Cosy Corner or 3 bedroom The Red House.

This would be a good house for two families to share. My husband and I liked the spaciousness but did "rattle" about somewhat. There is a big back yard ideal for children, and it was great to find a clothesline! Our host was most informative about the area which was helpful.

Well located house. Very good standard of decor. Excellent cleanliness. Plenty of room too. Loads of offstreet parking. Owner is near by and ensured we were settled in ok. Definitely would book again. Great stay!
