Matakana Orchard is a 22 acre Persimmon Orchard featuring a self-contained 2 bedroom wing off the main residence. Whether on holiday or on business you will enjoy quiet, comfortable and newly decorated accommodation. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed the other a Double, 1 bathroom, laundry and lounge. Decks on the east and west side with parking directly outside and wonderful views across the valley to the Dome Ridge. Great sun sets! The Queen room has French doors opening out to the west deck. The unit is tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, Microwave, coffee maker, full fridge, kettle and toaster, All linen (bedding and towels) are provided. There is a BBQ area with outdoor dining table and benches. Special conditions: We have a non-smoking policy and sorry no pets permitted on the premises. There will be an additional charge per night for a third or fourth person. Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people. If you are a family of 5 we can provide a foam mattress with no extra charge for that person. We can provide: Linen, Wifi, Petanque, Horse shoes, boards games, cards & BBQ, NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to clean and do the dishes before you leave. On public holiday’s, peak and high season weekends we have a 2 night minimum unless there is availability at short notice.
