About this Holiday House
The house is suitable for families travelling together not for parties. Can sleep 12 guests. The house is very modern built in 2020, suitable for families and children. Boosting 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Open plan kitchen dining room and lounges. Outdoor Alfresco for whole year out door dining. Set within a desirable location, close to the Three Mile Bay boat ramp, an easy stroll to reserves, the Lion’s Walk and a walk through the underpass down to the lake. Ploughman's restaurant, convenient store and fish & chips take away across the road.
The bedding in the house is as follows: Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has a king bed, Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a single bed and Bedroom 5 has a double bed and a single bed.
The house also has a loft which is a separate listing and can be booked together only on request. Its totally separate from the main house and is located above the garage of the main house with its own entrance away from the main house and separate parking area. The loft is fully equipped one bedroom unit with full kitchen, toilet, shower, laundry. Sleeps 4 with 2 single beds in the bedroom and a king in the living area. Be aware of the noise in the garage as people in the loft could be asleep and the drive way is shared.
