Luxury room, in the downstairs of our house, we live above. The room is large has walk in wardrobe, ensuite, t.v. and fridge, with tea and coffee provided. All linen supplied. Beach is 93 metres from our property and close to Baywave, Baypark and ASB arena. Great bus routeclose by. Very quiet street. Room has little outdoor area, and I don't mind if you smoke outside, just not in the room, please.
