About this Holiday House

Centrally located (1.2km from town centre), recently refurbished two bedroom, one bathroom house. Can sleep up to six people. Located on the main road, walking distance to many restaurants/cafes, New World supermarket and Kaikoura train station. Unlimited wifi. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: *Check-in from 2pm (key in lockbox) *Check-out 10am *Unlimited wifi available *Under the 'Kiwi bach tradition', to help keep costs down, you are given the option to bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) and clean the house before you leave. Or we offer a linen hire service, which includes towels and sheets, for $15 per double/queen bed set, $10 for single beds. A cleaning service is also available if you’d prefer not clean after your holiday. This is $30 per stay - providing the house is left tidy. A higher fee may occur if the house requires both tidying and cleaning (e.g. Washing and putting away of dishes.) *Smoking outside only. *Pets outside only. Open Planned Living-Kitchen-Dining Area This bach has a medium sized lounge room with a 3 seater sofa and two single lounge chairs. It has a Smart TV, DVD player, free to air TV channels, plus a range of movies and TV series are available on hard drive. A large selection of card and board games are on offer for people looking for some tech-free fun. The lounge room features a wood burner which is great for those cold nights. For those less inclined to light the fire, heating panels have also been installed throughout the house. The bach has a fully equipped, self catering kitchen, including refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. There is a kitchen island with barstools for dining at, along with two additional fold up chairs, which can be used with the antique drop leaf table in the kitchen for those needing back support. *A baby/toddler feeding chair can be arranged upon request Master Bedroom (2 people) The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables/drawers, a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a wall mounted TV with free to air TV channels.. The room is quite large with ample space for a porta cot if required. *A porta cot can be supplied upon request. NOTE: You are required to provide your own bed linen and towels, unless you have requested and paid for linen hire. Linen, including towels, can be provided for an additional cost of $15 for the queen bed. Bedroom 2 (Up to 4 people) The second bedroom features a double bed with a single bunk, a pull out single trundle bed, a bed side table/drawers and a clothes rack for hanging clothes. NOTE: You are required to provide your own bed linen and towels, unless you have requested and paid for linen hire. Linen, including towels, can be provided for an additional cost of $15 for the double bed and $10 per single bed. Bathroom The bach has a modern bathroom fitted with shower cube, vanity, toilet and heated lamps. Bathroom mat and hair dryer are available for use. Laundry Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and outdoor washing line are all available for use. Outside The house is surrounded by a large low lying fenced and gated yard with plenty of grass for outdoor activities. A small selection of outdoor activities can be found in the hallway cupboard. The property has a long driveway, with off road parking for up to 5 vehicles or boats. A small outdoor setting and gas barbecue are available for use.

This is a lovely house with a great log burner. Close to town and across the road from the beach and a café, ideal for the early morning coffee fix. The only criticism is that is is quite noisy as it's close to the main road. We have been twice now and will definitely return.

That house was sooooo great! We staied 2 days with my 3kids It was very comfortable and clean There was some noise near road but a host prepared earplugs
