Our luxury home is perfect for a group of up to eight people or a couple on their own. Situated in the picturesque area of Meadowstone, it is only thirty minutes from Cardrona and Treble Cone ski-fields. The house is surrounded by landscaped garden with mountain vistas all around and a glimpse of the the lake which is only a few minutes walk away, as are shops, restaurants, tennis courts and other attractions. The dining area opens up to the outside courtyard garden which has outdoor dining furniture and a gas barbeque. The lounge room has a large flat screen TV, Sky TV and a DVD player. There is also a gas log fireplace in the lounge room for that extra warmth and ambiance as well as a reverse cycle heat pump/ air conditioner in the main living area. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a second lounge area or 'retreat' with a TV and Sky TV (as per the lounge room). The house is equipped with a Telephone (for local calls) and WiFi. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large shower, two vanities and a toilet, underfloor heating, and a heated towel-rail. The three other bedrooms are at the other end of the house and have their own bathroom with a large shower, bath, underfloor heating, a heated towel-rail and a toilet. One bedroom has a queen bed, another has two king single beds, and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. All beds have quality linen, duvets, electric blankets, plenty of pillows and are made up for you before your arrival. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron, and ironing board. Off the laundry, there is a ski drying room with heater. There is also a third toilet off the laundry. There is ample parking on site for two cars and a boat. Please note - NO children under the age of 14 years old. NO PETS ALLOWED Special conditions: This house is NOT childproof - NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14. NO PETS allowed on the property. Smoking allowed outside only! A LINEN and CLEANING CHARGE WILL APPLY FOR STAYS OVER 8 DAYS - LINEN COST $160 AN CLEANING $180 PER WEEK A Bond is payable by all tenants - $600 under 2 weeks, $1000 for 2 - 4 weeks; $3000 over one month.
