Second, a double futon bed. Third, can accommodate a single bed, and/or a cot or a bassinet depending on guests needs. Fourth bedroom has a double bed with ensuite. A comfortable lounge with dining area, apple TV, including Netflix & wifi throughout the house. The lounge opens on to a sunny north facing deck. We love coffee, records, tea, greenery, decks, gardening, bbqs, beekeeping and cooking! All that is reflected and offered in our modern home. The large deck is great for soaking up the sun, having a BBQ or lounging in the hammock. The kitchen is a dream to cook in with a lot of bench space and everything you need to whip up a meal. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing for a spot of tv watching, with a wide record collection to put on some tunes. The four bedrooms are all comfortable with 100% cotton linen and organic futon and latex mattresses. Three extra can sleep in the lounge for additional cost. The lounge has floor space for two single air mattresses, along with bedding for the couch (extra $20pp for this arrangement). Air conditioner and heat pump to suit make the house just the temperature you like! A stocked herb and vege garden for fresh goodies. Honey from the hive available for your morning toast.
