The fan cooled Vaka Beach Cottage is a cute island style studio sanctuary nestled in a tropical garden, yet only steps from the most beautiful white sand beach of Titikaveka with swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in a marine protected area. There is a split king bed offering options of double or twin singles. The kitchen has a portable induction hob, microwave, electric frypan, bar fridge, basic cooking supplies and dining table. French doors open to a sheltered courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for indoor/outdoor living. Perfect spot for relaxation - and best swimming / snorkeling. Just remember to bring mozzie repellant !!!

The location was great, at the best beach in all of Raro. There were kayaks and snorkels for use by the guests. The cottage was plenty big for 2 people and had pretty much everything we needed including a fridge. The neighborhood was quiet and the other guests in the larger villas were respectful too. We rented a scooter to get around the island which worked out really well as not many things were walking distance from the cottage. I think it took us about 40 mins to get to the Muri Night Market on foot.

Normal Check In time is 2pm and normal Check Out time is 10am. An Early Check In (from 6am to 2pm) may be available for NZ$75. A Late Check Out (from 10am to 6pm) may be available for NZ$75.

Children under 2yrs are welcome and free of charge.

Cot hire is available for an additional NZ$10 per night.

Wifi is available by purchasing a Wifi Voucher through our local internet provider - Vodafone.

Private Airport Transfers can be booked for NZ$25pp each way - payable in cash to the driver.
