The dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, gas hob and fan assisted electric oven are all brand new stainless steel and it is fully equipped with everything you could need to produce a meal for eight people (pots and pans, sharp knives, chopping boards etc). The dining area connects the kitchen with the lounge and has a custom built high-level bar style dining table which can comfortably seat six people (or perhaps eight small ones at a push). The lounge contains a breakfast bar which has two stools where two people can sit and chat with the chef or eat. There is a light tower in the ceiling which channels natural light into the lounge all day long. It also has two couches (which combined seat four people) and four bean bags suitable for up to eight people but most comfortable for six. There is a brand new 50" smart TV which has Netflix, Apple TV, Chromecast and sound bar. A selection of card and board games are available. One of the couches contains a super-comfortable double sofa-bed. This room can sleep up to two people. Leading off the lounge is: The Tui Bedroom - 1 x duo-bunk bed - (this is a single bed over a double bed (so two beds for up to three people). The room has drawers for storage for clothes and a mirror. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed. This room can sleep up to 5 people. Leading off the Tui Bedroom is: An elevated deck which has stunning lake and mountain views and a table with dining space for eight. There is a brand new six burner BBQ for you to use. Downstairs: The Pukeko Bedroom - 1 x kingsize bed which can split - (so potentially two separate single beds). This spacious bed is the perfect place to lay your head after a long day in the mountains. The room also has hanging space for clothes, a full length mirror and there is a single sofa bed. This room can sleep up to three people. The Kiwi Bedroom - 1 x duo-bunk bed - (this is a single bed over a double bed - so two beds for up to three people). The room is cosy but has drawers and hanging space for clothes, a fitted wardrobe and a full length mirror. This room can sleep up to three people. Bathroom - There is a walk-in corner shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and plenty of hanging space for toilet bags and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower-gel are included. Laundry - Here you will find everything you could need: washing machine, tumble-drier, Iron and ironing board, clothes drier, vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, dustpan & brush and a hair drier.
