Good house..missing a few creature comforts such as reading lamps etc.and throws .blankets.or bean bags outside to chill on at the beach.. also no wifi but can purchase from camp and no DVD player for the kids as noted on site ..which was disappointing we packed heaps DVDs.. also linen is provided but only 1 towel per person and no face cloths.also no spare sheets or pillowcases incase of accidents we had to sleep without the latter one of the nights..which was a bit annoying as we have young kids.the photos dont show the gate that connects onto the camp grounds so quite exposed to the camp but gave that the camp ground experience..without staying there.bit run down around the back of house and bbq only good for sausages as no hot plate..hope this helps future holiday makers..aslo lady popped over wanting owners without knocking on front door which I felt a bit imposed on.othewise al good.

Perfect location for the family, close to the beach, shops, playground and walks. The house is well presented and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We would love to have stayed longer.

For a family/team stay in Kaiteriteri Graydon Grove is near perfect. A short walk to the beach/bars/shops/etc and far enough back from the road to be quiet (apart from the dawn chorus which is a great way to wake up). This is a spacious, new, clean, tidy house with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The outside spaces are little sun traps as any breeze down at the beach doesn't seem to make it here. And the hostess is helpful and responsive. so 5 stars.
