Located on Beach Parade with views straight out to sea the property reflects Waihekes ultimate coastal lifestyle living. The house has been stylishly renovated to make the most of the sun drenched northerly aspect and lovingly nurtures the mature Pohutakawa tree that casts a dappled shade across the lawn. The Modern Timber framing allows fresh sea breezes in, while large deck and veranda overlooking the sea encourage relaxation in the stunning spacious garden surrounds. The Master King and Queen bedrooms in the upper level of the house open out onto a gorgeous open plan living and dining room and on the lower level you have a second huge living area (come fourth bedroom space with single bed) which connects through via a large cavity slider to the 4 queen bunks bedroom, whilst outside there is a further Queen sleep out room which opens onto the huge lawn area. The downstairs rooms are serviced by the second bathroom and there is a further seperate toilet in the Laundry area. So there are multiple sleeping options for large family groups The covered Spa and outdoor shower are connected via a large open window to the huge lawn area. The entire property has been beautifully-styled and every part of the house works for family entertainment from spacious sun drenched decks to multiple play areas with basketball , ping pong, Sky sports & smart TV, expansive lawn and beach front access. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas. Please be aware that there is currently building work taking place in the next door property - which can affect mid week stays.

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront house Queens Birthday weekend 2021. IT WAS AWESOME. It catered for my whole family, 4 adults and 5 children. The adults stayed upstairs and the kids dominated downstairs with double bund beds, their own lounge. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets with the table tennis in the garage and the covered spa was the best. The outdoor fire upstairs which we used on the first night and the last night making smores topped it off and the walk along the beach almost everyday LOVED IT. OH Oneroa Town Ship was literally a walk away where awesome restaurants, cafes and stores were. THE BEST LONG WEEKEND EVER. WE ARE SO COMING BACK. THANK YOU PENNY
