About this Holiday House
Built in 1881, this beautiful and recently restored three bedroomed cottage is nestled quietly in an exquisite cottage garden which attracts many birds, including the Wood Pigeon, NZ’s Bird of the Year in 2018.
Free Wifi, off street parking, laundry and heating. Cook in the well-appointed kitchen or bbq in the garden.
The cottage is within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes of Lawrence, an historic gold mining town established in 1861.
Lawrence is on the Clutha Gold Trail which offers bike riding and walking for the active, and on the main route between Dunedin and Queenstown.
The Pickled Pigeon Cottage ranges from $215 + per night for two (depending on season) plus $50 extra per person per night. We are no longer pet friendly.
