Birdsong Cove is a magical spot in Golden Bay. A very warm welcome from Julie and Trish and we did enjoy the cookies thank you . A well equipped apartment with extremely comfortable beds. Would love to return.

Julie & Trish were exceptionally lovely hosts. Accommodating, friendly even bringing us home baking! The property was immaculate & all the little extras including make up wipes etc were appreciated. Wonderful view from the front but I had not appreciated that this area is tidal & this is not an ideal swimming beach. Rather unusual kitchen arrangement but it all worked fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Trish and Julie’s! The property is clean and comfortable and Trish and Julie both had excellent cafe and restaurant recommendations. Right next to the ocean, a short drive to Takaka and lots of other landmarks. Thanks for having us!

Awesome guests whose help in stripping beds and putting rubbish and recycling out and a load of washing on prior to ..departure was very much aporeciated
