About this Holiday House

This beautiful house has million dollar views and all day sun. This is your classic kiwi Bach for the summer or Easter holidays. It is the perfect place for a stress-free break. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine, admire the stunning view and unwind. Or lie in bed and gaze at the sunrise across the sea. The bird life is abundant and the stream babbles at the bottom of the garden which runs straight into a large reserve. Suitable for one or two families and just 20 minutes from the Picton ferry.

A very beautiful peaceful location with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. So many options for walking/running/mountain biking the Linkwater path and Queen Charlotte track. Swimming, paddling, boating all on the doorstep. Lower level bedroom is slightly less appealing than the very comfortable rooms inside the home. Our whanau of 7 had a lovely stay.

We were looking for a tidy place with great views so we could relax. Well it this place is awesome. The deck around the house is perfect, it's up so hight that other houses don't even factor in the view. And the place is surrounded by bush and the sound of the birds was beautiful. Best parts of the day were having breakfast on the deck and drinks in the afternoon. The house is tidy and very comfortable. We're definitely going back!

Please note that prices quoted are for 2 people per bedroom. Single occupancy is charged per double room. A cleaning fee is payable peak season.
