This warm modern, sunny 2 bedroom townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher and heatpump, washing machine and dryer, as well as general household items, similar set up to a motel. The whole house is yours to enjoy. Come and go as you please, make the most of the private space and venture out on the multitude of close walks and central city. I am 15 minutes away and on the end of a phone call for your convenience as your host Walking distance to ChCh city and bus routes.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Walking distance to one of the best playgrounds in NZ and chch city, the Margaret Mahy Playground. There is also an amazing wholefood shop 5 minutes walk away, for guests with special dietary requirements. As well as a very rustic cafe on the street corner that caters for Gluten free and Vegan and has amazing breakfasts.

Great place to stay. Very handy for walking into the CBD.

A nice clean and well appointed unit with a few pleasant surprises in the way of basic food and breakfast items in the kitchen cupboard and fridge. The little treats in the bedroom were enjoyed as well! Having a spacious double garage with internal access to use was enjoyable. It didn't concern us, but if someone has difficulty with stairs this wouldn't be suitable as the only access is up a somewhat narrow stairwell. It was very quiet for the five nights (including the weekend) we were there. We were never aware of any outside noise or traffic. I would happily recommend it and stay there in the future.

Lovely place, nothing a problem, excellent communication from Wendy. House is lovely and warm, and very well appointed ( lots of kitchen equipment too) Short walk into town, and an even shorter walk to Pom's cafe, which does suberb breakfasts. Next time we visit Christchurch, we will definatley book again.
