We have a large newly renovated family home that has four bedrooms, ideal for a summer family holiday. We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brookfield, only 5 minutes drive to downtown Tauranga or 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach. It is a five min walk to a park and walking/cycling track around the estuary. Our home is north facing, with a deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining in the summer. The bedrooms comprise of a super-king bed in the master bedroom (with air conditioning), a queen bedroom, and two single rooms. The family living is spacious, with two lounges. Netflix will be available to use. There are 2 bathrooms which have both been newly renovated. The first bathroom has a toilet and basin. The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. We have large section with a trampoline, an intex pool, vege garden and fruit trees. This house is our family home and is perfect for a family or group of extended family or friends. It is strictly non-smoking and will not be rented to teenagers or party animals - sorry! NOTE MINIMUM NIGHTS 20th December 2018 - 20th January 2019 = 5 nights
