About this Holiday House

Private vacation home exclusive for guests only, own entry, spacious, sunny, quiet in a semi-bush leafy-setting away from street noise located at the end of the driveway. Self- Check -in. Cozy & homey. Ideal for the whole family or group of friends travelling. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, coffee, tea & choco making facilities. Continental Breakfast assorted cereals. Separate toilet and bathroom, storage facility. Plenty of free carparks outside the guesthouse. Free Unlimited Wifi Internet. 20 mins to the City centre & 25 mins drive to the Airport. Rates for 2 people (1 bedroom) lounge, toilet, bathroom, laundry, dining kitchen - $195+ Extra person $50 a night. For the entire home for 7-8 people is $510+ a night. Some Important House Rules: No loud music and parties No Smoking No pets are allowed

What a wonderful cosy well appreciated home.

Hi we stayed with four kids and two adults. Pros - quiet, clean, nice linen Cons - wifi didnt work, tv had intermitent signal issues, damp smell in pantry, no fixed oven/stovetop.so was a bit difficult to cook for a large family. Would be ok for a couple on the portable oven/stovetop setup. Accommodation would suit couples/small families better.

This is the first time I heard that wifi was not working this the very basic important thing and we make sure it always works. For TV perhaps its due to storm and wind that the TV sometimes plays up. The damp smell in the pantry the builder is looking at it at the very moment. I noticed some guests do not tea towel dry the plates they used after washing they just put them back in the pantry. The stovetop stays no adjustment there. Plenty of ways to cook- the microwave, rice cooker, sandwich maker, toaster, 2 frying pans, plenty of pots, we also have a portable gas cooker.

This rustic getaway family friendly is a 'home away from home', some guests used the place for study, reflection or a religious retreat. Others stay to finish contracts/business meetings in Auckland City. Private, quiet, spacious and peaceful, porch for outdoor living with a long bench setting to catch the morning or afternoon sun. Wallpaper, carpets, Venetian blinds. The Guesthouse is well insulated. Cool in summer due to the greeneries and surrounding trees and warm in winter. It has a heater in the Lounge and each bedroom has fan heater with electric blankets. Located away from the street noise at the end of driveway. Walking distance to a dairy shop, Chinese and Indian takeaway shops, gas station and bus stop. Plenty of car parking just outside the guesthouse. Security lights by carport and entrance door.
