About this Holiday House
Newly painted exterior and enlarged deck makes this bach even more enjoyable to enjoy your favourite beverage on at any time of year. Historically this was the original Postmaster house, as it is extremely well positioned high on the hill to easily see the boats and activities on the river and has panoramic views across the estuary, river, large recreational park and the Ranges. This is a classic kiwi bach with the comforts of home; modern and functional with super sized bathroom, with separate toilet and shower over bath. The dining room with sunporch off one side has a great view to the estuary and deck the other side, separate lounge with TV, DVD, & stereo. Tastefully decorated with good sized bedrooms, one for kids to enjoy, warm and easy care. Separate lounge and separate dining spaces work well for adults/children. Great sheltered deck caters to the sun with outside furniture for you to relax on plus other outdoor spots for lounging outside. Gate over driveway at top of the drive keeps everyone safe and gates over deck as well. Beautiful views at night across the settlement. Puzzles, games, recent editions of NZ House & Garden to enjoy for wide range of ages. Driveway shared occasionally with the owners.
