Rural Setting Quiet and Peaceful but close to Queenstown and surround Very comfortable and Cosy. This is a lovely small flat away from the lodge and complete with kitchen, it is self contained. Living Dining kitchen all open plan and a loft bedroom The Flat is only 10 minutes for Queenstown, Arrowtown and Frankton and we have Golf courses, Biking Trails and Walking Tracks all very close by. We will be on site to give information on all local attractions eateries etc. We do have Dogs on site they are very friendly and will only interact with you at your request. Special conditions: This is a quiet rural envioronment not a party place we expect our guests to treat this flat as if it were there own home
