These are apartments in the luxury ‘Bishop Selwyn’ Timeshare Resort in Selwyn Road, Paihia. One street back from the waterfront and town centre. I have one 1-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) and one 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 6) available from Friday 2nd. January to Friday (morning) 9th. January. These apartments are spacious and completely self contained – everything is provided (apart from your food and clothes). There is a heated swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, BBQ’s, washing machine and dryer (in each apartment), bicycles – in fact everything you would normally expect from a luxury purpose-built timeshare resort like this. These apartments are booked by the week (Friday to Friday) but would consider shorter stays.
