Riverton Cottage is a beautiful warm and cosy cottage with stunning views of the Jacobs River Estuary, and both the Aparima and Pourakino rivers, including stunning views and sunsets over the Longwood range. We are 12 minutes walk to town and six minutes walk to the Aparima Bar and Restaurant. There are three bedrooms, including a family bathroom with a separate toilet. The cottage has been fully renovated and has a open plan Lounge and country kitchen. Riverton Cottage retains the character and beauty of a 1905 property, but has so many extras. There are two heat pumps and a diesel fireplace to create ambiance and extra added warmth. The property is fully fenced and we have pet sheep, chickens and ducks which can all be feed by hand, there is a fire pit nestled down by some ponds, including two small orchards, green houses, and vegetable gardens. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the views and the sounds of Tui's and Wood Pigeons in the native trees. There is parking for 5 vehicles, including off street parking for trailers or boats.
