Bedroom 4 - King single trundle bed with pop-up single matress underneath. Kitchen - Fully fitted out kitchen. Gas hobs. Electric oven. Fridge freezer. Dishwasher. Soda Stream. Toaster/Kettle. Nespresso and milk frother machine (pods not provided). All cutlery, plates, platters and serving dishes etc. Dining area - large dining table with 6 chairs. Additional chairs around the house. Easily fits 8 people. 3 high chairs available. Additional sofa in the dining area is a fold out double futon. Outdoor area - seating area on both sides of the house. Main deck/patio has large 6 seater outdoor table with umbrella. 4 burner BBQ with hood (gas bottle provided!). Smaller patio off the kitchen has large round table with 6 chairs incl umbrella. Living room - 3.5 seater and 2.75 seater. 65" 4K TV. Freeview. No sky. Garage - will have access to washing machine and dryer though garage will have a car parked in it. Plenty of off street parking.
