There is a reading nook/gaming room with a 32 inch screen that has HDMI and USB ports, and an XBox One (bring your own games or likewise bring your own Playstation etc.). Books and board games in case of a rainy day. *You'll want to cuddle up and sleep on the lounge furniture - and probably will at some point! Gas fireplace, Smart TV with Sky. (Note: the gas fireplace is not for use in the summer and the remote will be removed.) *Built-in USB ports in the kitchen and in each bedroom for charging phones and electronics. *Outdoor lounge and BBQ area overlooks the lake - the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail or two. *Plenty of room here - 240 m2 in total, inside and out. Some bits about the area: Mangawhai Village is nearby and Mangawhai Heads with it's gorgeous surf beach is just a 10 minute drive. There's heaps to do in the area: walking trails, hitting the local beaches, the harbour and estuary, golfing on a top NZ course, dining, shopping, surfing, fishing, a museum, vineyards, the Saturday morning markets, and more. If you have kids, they'll love the Mangawhai Amusement Zone. The Mangawhai Tavern just down the road often has live music, especially during the summer months. There is a New World, bottle shops, butchery (closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays) and other shops. Special conditions: This waterfront property is not fenced so please be extra aware of small children wandering off. Smoking outside only. Please respect our neighbours. Absolutely no loud parties or loud music. Please keep vehicles off of the grass.
