Our place was renovated with a brand new kitchen and a stylish bathroom. Equipped with modern furnishing and home appliances. The large dining/living room offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your family holiday. The house also has a separate toilet and a fantastic shower which can definitely rinse off your exhaustion. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - the supermarket is just a short walk away so you can cook to your hearts content. Free unlimited fastest fibre internet is available here so you can download as many movies as you like even watch them on our big TV. Here is plenty of off-street and on site parking. The house has garden, yard, a conservatory with hanging chair. All provide family lots of fun in this lovely comfy house. We also prepared toys, children's books and high chair etc, intending to give parents an easy and hands-free holiday. It's a spacious 4 bedroom house which can fit up to 7 guests. There is one queen size bed in first bedroom. The second bedroom comes with two king single beds and the third one was equipped with another queen bed. There is another king single bed in the fourth bedroom. Fresh linen and towels are provided. All beds would be all set up before checking in. It is perfect place to stay no matter you are just arriving or about to leave Christchurch. From here you can easily travel to Central Christchurch City or visit other locations around the city.
