We ensure all of our homes are cleaned to a very high standard and provide hotel grade linen and towels. This spacious and comfortable holiday home is superbly located in walking distance to the estuary below and over the idyllic and peaceful holiday township of Ngunguru, gateway to the Tutukaka Coast. Comfortably sleeping 8 persons, the house is split-level, with two bedrooms upstairs – each with a queen bed (one has its own access to the balcony), and one bedroom downstairs – with a double bed and set of bunks. Families or small groups of friends can relax and enjoy the convenience of two living areas, two bathrooms, sun-drenched balcony and section with room to move. No wi-fi at the property, however there is reception to access your own data. Please note that we do not advertise this as a child friendly property, however children can come and stay. Caution is needed with the internal stairs as these are a unique design and can be slippery. We advise any pregnant or elderly guests should sleep on the top story, where main access to the house is. Bring your boat – there is plenty of room to park it at River View or take advantage of the local fishing or diving tours operating from Tutukaka.
