Internal Garage + if you book the studio too, more car spaces right outside your door.... see ink below for studio availability. The studio is priced separately and individually. Driving it is 4.2 kms to the centre of town, approximately 8-9 minutes, or you can walk/bike the famous Frankton Walkway right below the apartment :) Our little RAV4 lives at the apartment, parked right outside your door and is available to rent. It is an automatic AWD and easy to drive :) If you have a current New Zealand, Australian or British passport, you can hire it for the day/nights of your stay for just $45.00 per day, and topping it back up, running it through the carwash and giving it a quick vacuum before you leave it parked back up after your stay, you do need to pay a deposit of $500, as this is our insurance excess for any accidents, (unlike a rental car company, you get this bond back in full after your stay should there be no incidents)... if you are happy with this, the car is not booked at this time, and you are welcome to rent it during your stay :) You are still welcome to rent the car if you drive on the right hand side of the road at home, but the bond then increases to our insurance excess of $1000. We have new mountain bikes for hire too, for just $20 each per day, and we are right on the famous Frankton Track walkway, which goes in both directions along the lake's edge all the way into Queenstown, its a beautiful ride.
