About this Holiday House

Modern well appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house on the beach.The deck has privacy and unobstructed views of the lagoon and as far as the eye can see. The sun sets to the west of the deck and rise in the east (if your up early) The large deck is fully equipped for alfresco dining including a Weber BBQ. A Great place to relax.

Kayaks available for use at high tide. We have a BBQ at the house for your use and at High Tide you can use Kayaks. We now have Starlink Internet available for guests.

From the house there is a Cafe/ Bar down the beach about 300 meters for drinks ,swim ,lunch or dinner. Whale watching from June to August, such a great sight !

We loved our stay at Nikao Cottages! The place was clean and tidy. It was a great spot, close to airport and town, with a quiet beach.

Fabulous home right on the beach. Great facilities with indoor/outdoor flow. Very tidy and clean property. Access to Kayaks and paddle board as well. This accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Location was 5 mins from the airport, plan noise was never an issue. Close to Avarua township for groceries and shopping. Nice and close to Black Rock swimming spot as well. We had a car and there was parking available right by the property. Also found this location to be less windy than other parts of the island. Highly recommend this accommodation and the owners where very welcoming (They just happened to be staying whilst over from NZ).
