You can sleep up to 12 people in our large, multi-storey, 5-bedroom, 3 bath, family home. It is a super easy 5 min drive, to the very BEST part of Hawke's Bay, Havelock North. Many bars, restaurants, and boutique shopping are located in the village. Hastings is only 15mins away and Napier, the 'Art Deco Capital of the World', is 25mins. It even comes with it's own family cat. Top Floor - Master bedroom suite with beautiful views over the plains and en-suite with WC, vanity and shower. The perfect spot for some quiet time. Level 2 - Bedroom 2 - King single, twin beds or a huge double bed. Bedroom 3 - King single, twin beds or a huge double bed. Bedroom 4 - Single bed. Family bathroom - WC, vanity, shower over bath. Level 1 - Kitchen - Fully equipped family kitchen with double oven, dish-drawers, fridge-freezer, well stocked pantry, microwave and table that seats four. Dining room - Large wooden dining table that can easily seat six or more. Lounge - Leather suite, massage chair and TV. Has access to the deck. On ground floor - Family room - Double sofa bed, ample seating, TV and blue-ray player, toys and games to keep everyone entertained and access to the back garden. This is also the room with the cat door so the internal door needs to be left ajar at night to allow access to her food in the laundry. Laundry - Washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry tub. Bathroom - WC, basin and shower. Bedroom 5 - King single, twin beds or a huge double bed. Outside - Deck - Has access from lounge on level 1. There is a gas 4 burner BBQ, large wooden table that seats eight and a garden suite. Spa available to use. Back garden - Plenty of room to run around. Side garden - Trampoline. Parking - There is off road parking for 2 vehicles and heaps of on road space. Special conditions: We do ask that you feed Ebony the cat during your stay. She normally has free access to the whole house but will be happy so long as she can get to the laundry for her food. There are 3 flights of internal stairs and we do not have any stair gates. Please bring your own if you require them. Please strip the beds you have used before checking out, this will let the cleaner know which beds need to be changed.
