We were stoked to somehow manage to book this Ramarama mansion for three nights over New Years at reasonably late notice and had the perfect number of guests (16). Patrick gave us a very enthusiastic tour of the house on arrival and everything was pretty much as advertised - gym, sauna, swimming pool, bbq, llamas, and of course the karaoke room. We never managed to find that waterfall though! only complaint would be that the place hadn't been cleaned very well since the previous guests. The pool hadn't been cleaned so we didn't take as much advantage of it as we would have liked and we noticed a number of other things during our stay. We still had a great time though with plenty to keep us busy without having to leave the property.
