The main bathroom has a door leading to 4th bedroom, so this can also be used as personal en-suite. Did we mention it also has Gas hot water! Lounge: Two open-plan lounge areas: Upstairs lounge seats four comfortably with a three- seater sofa and a recliner chair. Ranch-slider doors opening onto upstairs deck. Downstairs lounge has two large couches and access to backyard via another ranch-slider. Kitchen: Upstairs kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven, and is fully equipped with all you need, including crockery, glasses and blender. Downstairs kitchenette has bar-fridge, dishwasher, convection oven/microwave and a kettle. Dining: Two open plan dining areas: Upstairs there is a contemporary six - seater dining table for entertaining. Downstairs there is a modern glass top table with seating for six people.
