54A Wairoa Rd, Narrow Neck. This recently renovated free standing 2 bedroom house is perfect for your next beach or golfing holiday. It has 2 great sized bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. There is also a fireplace for the colder months of the year as well as an air conditioner. The house is located opposite the 16th tee of the Devonport Golf course and minutes from the fabulous Narrow Neck Beach, Wakatere boat club & cafe. We are not far from the Devonport ferry building & famous village shopping district.

Lovely little place which is surprisingly roomy for the size of it. Excellent location - close to the beach, nice outlook over the golf course, great cafe within walking distance by the beach. The house is really well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Due to the age of the property there are just a few things little things that are ready for some attention but overall a great little property and we enjoyed our stay.
