About this Holiday House

The Beach House is located on Wairoa Rd, Narrow Neck. This recently renovated free standing 2 bedroom house is perfect for your next beach or golfing holiday. It has 2 great sized bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. There is also a reverse cycle air conditioner. The house is located opposite the 16th tee of the Waitemata Golf course and minutes from the fabulous Narrow Neck Beach, Wakatere boat club & cafe. We are a short drive from the Devonport ferry building & famous village shopping district.

The Beach House is in a great location, close to Devonport, great beaches with the golf course just across the road. It is great accommodation for four people with off street parking, and the beach just down the end of the road. Matt and Tanya are great hosts and very accommodating. Thank you. See you next time.

Lovely house with all we needed for a weekend stay. Easy checkin and out.

Lovely little place which is surprisingly roomy for the size of it. Excellent location - close to the beach, nice outlook over the golf course, great cafe within walking distance by the beach. The house is really well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Due to the age of the property there are just a few things little things that are ready for some attention but overall a great little property and we enjoyed our stay.
