This Bach is located at 13 Arthur Street, Waikawa Beach. It is on a well sheltered and fenced section, one street back from the stream (which is 5 minutes walk away); the street is a dead-end it is quieter than some other areas. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, toilet, shower, open plan kitchen with electric elements (no oven), microwave and Weber BBQ; fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV freeview (no Sky). There is a fire place but not required in summer. Also, there is a Sleepout which has a single bed and a bunk (ideal for kids). The lawn is good for games etc., and there is an outside toilet as well. Waikawa Beach has no shops (the nearest dairy is at Manakau and all the other main shops are at Levin or Otaki). The beach has a stream and quite extensive sand dunes. The sea is good for swimming but there are no lifeguards and there is normally some surf.
