This Beautiful Townhouse is warm and welcoming and is the ideal base to experience Christchurch. The downstairs is open plan with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. One bedroom with a King bed and the other with 2 large single beds - the beds are super comfortable. Close to the center of town and only mins from popular Victoria Street with restaurants and bars. Perfect for couples, business travelers and families.

The Townhouse is stand a lone, even in the middle of town you will be surprised at how peaceful and quiet this location is. There are doors to and outdoor area - with a table and chairs where you can enjoy at glass of wine. There is free parking on site just in front of the townhouse.

The townhouse is located on Beveridge Street - which is a narrow street, lined with modern and character homes. Near by is Victoria Street, only a few minutes walk, it is one of the most popular spots in Christchurch with a large range of restaurants and bars, plus the Casino, Christchurch Cathedral, the famous Re-start Container Mall and Botanical Gardens are all with in walking distance

A little gem in central Christchurch, really quiet and comfortable and a short walk to CBD, Hagley Park etc. Love the decor, courtyard and privacy - felt safe and secure and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Christchurch. Anne was terrific to deal with, great communication and we were able to thank her in person before we left which was a bonus.
