This comfortable home is set among mature trees and a large established garden with a pool, trampoline, abundant bird life and privacy. The home has 4 bedrooms plus a separate games room and a poolroom for extra guests or teens. This is your home away from home and provides everything you need to enjoy your holiday. There is a very large covered outdoor entertaining area for alfesco dining and entertaining which flows from the kitchen. The layout of the house accommodates 2 families as there is a large master bedroom suite upstairs with a separate lounge and ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs. The poolhouse outside has power and single bed, ideal for a teenager who enjoys their own space. The property is private and quiet, set in a landscaped garden with an outdoor BBQ area, pool, games lawn on the lower terrace and a shaded picnic area in the back garden. We are happy to share our knowledge and love of the region to help you get the most out of your holiday so please do not hesitate to ask for recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, bike tracks, surf spots etc. We are also able to provide you with a list of local babysitters in the village.

Also a short walk to Clearview Estate Winery, Te Awanga Estate Winery, Elephant Hill Winery and Hygge Cafe. Access to walking and biking tracks to explore the Cape Coast and Hawkes Bay. 20 minute drive into our beautiful Art Deco city of Napier, 20mins to Hastings and 15 mins to Havelock North.

CANCELLATIONS:
If a cancellation is made within 30 days of check-in date, no refund will be made.
If a cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to check-in date, a refund of 50% of accommodation cost will be made if it has been paid in full and deposit will be kept.
A booking service charge of $150 applies to all cancellation refunds.

PLEASE NOTE:
Linen and bath towels will be provided for the number of guests booked. BYO Beach/pool towels.

CLEANING:
A compulsory cleaning fee of $180 will be charged for each booking.
