Comfortable, well-appointed room, bed + bathroom, etc. My only issue was that the walls + ceiling do not seem to prevent any noise from adjacent rooms or above. Ear plugs were definitely needed for me to get to sleep. Otherwise, fine. Thanks.

Unfortunately the manager had "lost" my booking so there weren't any rooms at Sandy Feet Address. However he did have another unit for me closer in town. I specially booked this property well in advanced for the location, so the new address was out of the way. It seemed clean enough but upon bed time, the sheets hadn't been changed and the cutting board was dirty, the traffic and street noise with people was very loud throughout the night. We stayed as had no where else to go but cancelled the booking the next day. The manager did fully refund me straight away which was the only positive from this experience.
