Great for a husbands & wives retreat, & family groups up to 4 people. 1) Swallow's Wing apartment - A 60 sq metre 2 bedroom apartment. There is a mini-fridge, and microwave. There is also an outside or wet kitchen sink bench, in the immediate courtyard with hot water for washing. There is a Guest's laundry. Guests can enjoy walking around the gardens and are invited to make use of the swimming pool between 2-5 pm each day. Swallow Gardens is 12 min from Rangiora and Kaiapoi, 17 min to Oxford, & 20 min from Northland & The Palms Malls, during daytime traffic. We are 5 minutes to the popular Friday Ohoka Farmers market. 1) If only 2 people are staying the 2nd bedroom is not available, unless added to the booking. This applies for guests providing their own cot for an infant. 2) The 2nd bedroom is $30.00 per night whether 1 or 2 people ar staying 3) We do not ask health questions.
