Located on the stunning Otago Peninsula (both the Wildlife and the Aurora Australis Capital of New Zealand) yet only 25 minutes from Dunedin City, Hooper's Lodge is tastefully decorated with New Zealand furnishing and eclectic kiwi artworks. Offering you a very private self-contained two bedroomed wing known as The Bothy which is fully separated from the main house; you have your own entrance and a large private deck to enjoy the fantastic uninterrupted views of Harbour Cone, Hooper's Inlet and out to the ocean. Sitting on your deck you can see both seals and sea lions lolling around in the water and even the majestic spoonbill feed at the gate. The whole accommodation has the advantage of the sun throughout the day. There are two comfortable bedrooms both with double in-built wardrobes, each opening into the stylish open plan living area, simply watch something on the flat screen Smart TV or just read a book in front of the fire. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Your separate bathroom has a claw foot roll top bath to soak away the pressures of the day as well as a large high pressure shower. The large bedroom has a luxurious queen bed whilst the second bedroom has either one or two single beds upon request; all the beds have hotel quality mattress toppers.
