About this Holiday House

FARRELLTY TOWERS is positioned to enjoy 180 degree, stunning sea views of the harbour with plenty of morning sunshine. With generous sized bedrooms 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. Harbour views from the lounge, kitchen, dining and bedroom. It is a short 5min walk to the beach, boat ramp, shop and restaurants. Also 2min drive or 10min walk to our new Fresh Choice supermarket, local hot mineral pools for a lovely soak. Omokoroa is called the Jewel in the crown of the Bay of Plenty, for a reason. Only 20 minutes from Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Katikati and 1 hour from Rotorua. It has a safe swimming beach and an easy access boat ramp. Fabulous walks and bike trails.

Spend your mornings relaxing in bed enjoying a cup of tea and fabulous views of the harbour and Mt Maunganui. The outdoor entertaining area also enjoys these stunning views and has a 4 burner bbq and sun umbrella with reclining deck chairs for your enjoyment.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

There are many attractive walks in the area, all accessible on foot from The Med. The local Omokoroa Takeaways offer you tasty fish and chips or chinese. Week days and Saturday mornings we have the most interesting secondhand centre where treasures can be found!! (Both are within a 2 minute walk). Omokoroa boasts a lovely golf course and bowling club. There is also a ferry with regular daily sailings to Matakana Island.

The Med was a perfect place for us to stay over Labour Weekend. All facilities were good with two large bedrooms and comfortable queen beds. The views from the large living area and the lovely covered patio were amazing ! The patio also had outdoor table, chairs and bbq. Kitchen was very equipped with full oven and plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Angela was very helpful! Would highly recommend this sunny apartment.

Absolutely loved our 6 nights at The Med. Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Facilities wonderful and incredibly well equipped kitchen. Lovely view. Peaceful and hosts friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
