We stayed here for 3 nights earlier in the month, the house has everything you want in a holiday home. While we can understand the reasoning for advice in a "welcome" book the little notes tacked all over the place made us feel like teenagers, we are in our 60's. Also due to our age we had to sit on the dining chairs to watch TV as any lounge where your knees are higher than your bum is unsuitable for us. Would we stay again, yes if the lounge furniture was updated. There is adequate of street parking for multiple cars and or boat combinations (none under cover), you are extremely close to the beach, river and shopping centre. We debated coming back in October, but as we are bring a cousin in her 70's will opt for something with more substantial seating capabilities, a pity, we like this cottage's convenience.
