Enjoy stunning views of the beach and Rangitoto Island, while relaxing with a glass of wine. Stretch out on the beachfront lawn, reading a book or have a swim in the sea. Watch the cruise ships sail past or if you're lucky, you may even spot a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean. If adventure is more your thing, the apartment has 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board (which can be used as a 3rd kayak) for you to explore the area by water and 7 boogie boards (in sizes to suit everyone in the family) to play on when the surf's up. Enjoy a coastal walk from Milford to Takapuna along this gorgeous coastline, which takes you past multi-million dollar homes. This walk takes approximately 25 minutes from the apartment to Takapuna and is well worth the time. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to a world class mall with upmarket, designer shops and 2 supermarkets. Within a 5 minute walk you will also find around 40 cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as banks, hairdressers and gyms. The restaurants and cafes in Milford feature cuisine from around the world, including Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, Indian, French, Swiss, Italian, Chinese and European. Just a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk, along the road, you'll find Takapuna, another seaside suburb with well over 50 cafes, bars and restaurants so there's no chance you'll run out of places to eat or drink. There are several nearby golf courses between a 5-15 minute drive from the apartment. Takapuna has a great market every Sunday morning where you'll find fresh fruit and vegetables as well as all kinds of treasures. The apartment is a 4 minute walk to a bus stop and is only a 15 minute drive into the Auckland CBD. There is free parking on site for one car. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 king single beds. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area enjoys amazing views of the beach. It has a 55 inch Smart TV with a DVD player and free Wifi. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing stay on the beach, including linen, bedding and towels. This apartment is located in a block of residential homes, so we would ask that you respect the other residents and no parties are allowed. Cleaning Fee (mandatory) is $80 NZ dollars.
