'Little braes' is a comfortable 2 storied holiday bach. The living areas are all upstairs and receive all day sun. The deck which is off the lounge is an especially lovely place to spend the warm evenings while enjoying the mountain views. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The house is very centrally located with the supermarket, bars and town centre less than 5 minutes walk away. The lakefront is a mere 2 minutes drive away. The property has internal and external stairs.Please note that the entrance is somewhat restricted due to a small stand of trees. Any large vehicles, boats etc. over 3 metres in height may have difficulty accessing the property. This is a typical 70's style N.Z. Bach. Although this is not 'Top of the line' accommodation it is comfortable, spacious and offers very good value for money. Please note: At least 48hrs notice is required when Booking.
